Keys Please® is implementing a Ride Share Division operating under the trade name RIDE PLEASE™.
We are a proud Canadian owned company operating in Calgary since 1997.
We have extended our services over the years to reflect what you, our valued customers wanted.
Ride Please® will start with a significant fleet of LEGAL RIDE SHARE DRIVERS, servicing the market in Calgary and its surrounding towns.
The Ride Please App allows real-time trip booking, right from your smartphone - just a few clicks and you are done!
Submit a ride request by completing the required fields: Name, Contact Information, Pick Up Location and Destination Information.
You will then receive an estimate of the trip charges before finalizing your ride booking.
You'll be alerted when a Ride Please™ vehicle is assigned to your reservation and you'll receive the appropriate information; a picture of the Driver, Alberta license plate number, Make and Model of the Vehicle, as well as the distance and ETA of the assigned vehicle from your location.
Watch the driver come to you in real time right on your phone!
The customer will initially pay via; in-app payment, market feedback is that customers prefer this payment method with no money changing hands.
(At present we cannot accept cash as a form of payment.)
The customer will have 5 minutes at the completion of the trip (on a timer) to adjust the gratuity amount based on the service they feel they were provided.
The Customer will have the opportunity to rate the driver for the extemporary service they provided.
The driver will have the ability to rate their customer for the wonderful person(s) they are.
The customer will receive their receipt upon completion of the trip with the pertinent information; customer’s Name, the date and time the service was booked, location and time of the pick-up information, location and time of the destination where the customer was dropped off, the total fare charged to the customer, the gratuity amount left by the customer and the TNDL (license) of the Driver completing the trip.
Our drivers will carry the required insurance, correct class of driver’s license, required vehicle inspection and the drivers will have completed the required criminal check.
We will abide by the city bylaws; our valued drivers will receive complete training.
Our prices will be comparable to the taxi service however we will Not have surge pricing.
